On July 7-8, a delegation of Technopolis “Himgrad” headed by Director General Ayrat Gizzatullin visited the Republic of Uzbekistan. During the working trip, the parties discussed organizational issues of creating an industrial park in the Tashkent region.
In particular, representatives of Himgrad inspected the construction site of a new industrial facility, together with the Uzbek side detailed the stages of construction.
Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan Sardor Umurzakov agreed on the joint creation of the Himgrad Industrial Park in the Tashkent region of Uzbekistan at a bilateral meeting in early summer. The leading companies of the two republics will be attracted to the technopark as residents.
It is planned that joint productions in such industries as the chemical and petrochemical industries, pharmaceuticals, electronics, food and leather and footwear industries, as well as agriculture will be created at the new site.
